We deploy the most advanced quality management systems to monitor our manufacturing processes. Our product quality is under strict supervision through a series of control procedures; from raw material incoming inspection to end product safety and performance testing.

We run more than 30 different tests on our raw materials to ensure product excellence.

End Product Safety Controls
We conduct dimension and balance controls, bursting speed tests, destructive side load and impact tests on our cutting and grinding Discs to ensure compliance with EN 12413 Safety Standards.

Performance Tests
To ensure superior product performance at each Egesan product, we continuously monitor the performance values of our production batches with high-tech automatic machines and our manual grinding methods.
