Coated Abrasives

Egesan coated abrasive products are manufactured by coating abrasive grain on variety of backings of different quality which holds the grain layer. The backing list includes cotton, polycotton and polyester clothes, vulcanized fiber and also light weight paper. Finally, there is a well cured binding resin layer in between that keeps the whole structure together. The resulting large jumbo rolls are converted into smaller rolls, endless belts and disc forms in various shapes and sizes and are made ready for use.
